As a Notary Signing Agent, I have been specially trained to handle loan documents in real estate transactions. Let me help you through the final step of the loan process, ensuring that all signatures are properly placed and guide you through each page where a signature is required. Price does not include pick up/drop off. Postage is the responsibility of customer. Printing letter/legal will be charged $3/$4 per page. Deposit is required before appointment.
