Our pricing is clear and upfront. Real Estate Packet, full service, one/two signer(s), signing, printing, drop-off at $175/$200. Prices are approximate and will be provided before your appointment. Sixty (60) minute signing time included, additional time will be charged at $30 per half hour segment.

Driver's license: A valid, unexpired driver's license issued by the United States

Identification card: A valid, unexpired identification card issued by the United States

Passport: A valid, unexpired passport issued by the United States or a foreign country

Military ID: A valid, unexpired military ID issued by the United States

Tribal ID: A valid, unexpired tribal ID that includes the bearer's signature

Permanent resident card: A valid, unexpired permanent resident card issued on or after May 11, 2010 that includes a visible signature
